Returns Policy
At Baci, we understand that sometimes a style might not be the perfect fit. We're here to make the returns process as smooth as possible for you. Please read through our returns policy and follow the steps outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please note the following:
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. Please ensure your return request falls within this timeframe.
Please also note that items in the sale section/marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund, however they can be eligible for an exchange.
Order Number: You will need your order number to submit a return request. Please ensure you have it ready.
Style Selection: You can return a specific style by submitting a request through our Returns App. Select the style you wish to return, and provide us with a brief reason for the return.
Final Sale Items: Please be aware that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. These items are non-refundable.
Approval Process
Once you've submitted your return request, our Returns Department will review it. Please allow 1-2 business days for the approval process. You will receive an email notification once your request has been approved.
Return Instructions
If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. These instructions will include the return address and any specific packaging requirements. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a successful return.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Request a return through our Returns App.
Provide your order number, style number of the item you want to exchange.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Approval Process
Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service department, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Sending Back the Style
You will be responsible for sending the item you wish to exchange back to our office. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition.
Receiving the New Style
Upon receiving the item you're exchanging, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. Once approved, we will promptly send out the new style to you. You will receive an email notification with tracking information for your new item.
